Humanity Evolution Movement (HEM)
Functioning from the core as the foundation human of culture.
“Maximizing Human Potential as the Foundation of Culture. Your mastering your humanity IS the movement. Your Human Core\Community Process (HCP) registration/donation IS the financing.”
While science tells us that cell-I is the most powerful cell in which to function in terms of motivation, most of our human interactions function in cells II-IV. In terms of motivation science, moving humanity from cell II-IV (fear-based) to cell-I (hope-based) is a paradigm shift of humanity evolution. The catalization of this process will take a movement. Even when we function in cell-I, the reward we use is an external reward. It is by far the minority of human practices which uses accessing of internal reward as the motivation object.
The area of knowledge that we are most in touch with is cell-A of the “universe of knowledge” slide below—we know that we know. And culturally all of the knowledge we seek is in cell-B: knowledge that we know that we don’t know. The challenge is that is most of the body of knowledge in existence is in cell-D of the universe of knowledge—the cell of “we don’t know that we don’t know it.” And most of the knowledge that we may need may also be in that cell. Human Core Community Process (HCP) training is specifically designed to facilitate knowledge moving from cell-D to cell-A.

Why a movement?
Fear had/has its function from an evolutionary point of view. During early phases of human existence, each day was literally a fight for life. During these periods failure to appropriately respond to a harmful situation could result in death. And such situations were more likely to be faced daily. But today, this is not the case. Really life-threatening situations don’t occur daily. But in many ways we are psycho-culturally functioning as if that were the case.

Today, it is out fear that we have a need to create an “other,” otherization/ otherification. The creation of an 'other' allows to us bind that fundamental fear what we all have as human beings. This fear can be regarded as the cost of having human consciousness; that is, of being aware of our own existence, and thus our mortality. Creating an “other” gives us an object to be “better than” and diminishes the anxiety of our mortality. The formulation is this: You are other than me, and I am better than you. This is the basis of “-isms” (e.g. racism, classism, sexism) and their variants (e.g. homophobia).
One of the shortcomings of our efforts to overcoming these social injustices, however, is that we have failed to approach the root of these problems. These problems share the common root of being based in fear on an evolutionary basis. This shortcoming is a reflection of inadequacy of our psycho-cultural capital. Psycho-cultural capital is defined as the resource which individuals and group access in order to make the best life choices. It is the product of psycho-cultural infrastructures. Psycho-cultural infrastructures, in turn, are defined as the institutions and processes that contribute to mind health on the individual, group, community, and societal level. The discipline of mind health, which subsumes the medical specialty of psychiatry, addresses the will and discipline to do what is best. Fear-based psychology is the central impediment to us as individuals, and collectively as a human society to choose to do what is best.
Humanity Evolution
Let’s Do It With Technology…
Human Core\Community Process (HCP)

The fuller discussion is thus: Although multi-factorial in their developments, ALL societal challenges are interconnected. Issues like (1) war, ecological deterioration, hunger, poverty, racism, homophobia, ethnic conflict, street violence/violence, health and human services( e.g. education, employment, incarceration, HIV/AIDS, schizophrenia, depression/anxiety, substance abuse) , and (2) business matters like staff burn-out, low productivity, staff conflict, customer satisfaction, and (3) individual concerns like meanings in life, personal happiness, and life purpose share a common root: they are all rooted in our CHOICES. Our choices, in turn, are ALL related to the degree to which we are, or are not, connected to the core of our humanity. It is the inadequacy of this core connection which results in the development of a world view based on fear, individually and collectively.
Human Potential - Accessing of the power
of the universe
which flows within all.

Mind Fitness: It will not be enough for us chant the slogans of possibilities. Each of us needs to create our individual connections with possibilities. It is not just about being inspired by hope and change. It is about having the mind strength and mind skills to make things happen powerfully. We can do it with technology- Human Core Community Process (HCP)

What Does Being Human Mean to You?
Join the conversation that bonds us all.

Let us make it the time for us to actualize the humanity that we all have envisioned and thought possible, the time to move past just dreaming to holding it in our hands. The time has come to move through our fears and achieve the success we have been waiting for. The time has come to encourage ourselves through our own anxieties and create a more powerful today as a foundation to the tomorrows we want.
The time to actualize not just the concept of “change” but the implications of it to our individual responsibilities and the road map to get there. The time has come to more fully access our cores, invigorate our bodies and prepare our minds for greatness, your greatness. The time has come for a paradigm shift in human cultural process, starting at the individual person level.
